Multiburo’s History

  • Multiburo was created in 1985 by François Pasquet, Antoine Pasquet's brother, the current Chairman.
  • Located in Paris in the 9th arrondissement boulevard Haussmann, it was the first business centre offering fully equipped offices, secretarial services, registered addresses for companies, and a large selection of meeting rooms and offices available for a half-day rental.
  • The Locartis international network of business centers was founded in 2001 and currently there are 300 centres world-wide.
  • In the years to come, bigger and bigger business centres are going to be created in all the major French cities.
  • Nowadays, Multiburo is a network of 24 business centres in France and in Belgium.
  • Future development plans in other cities and countries: additional business centres at the regional and international levels in Latin Europe or North Europe, within the next 5 years.
