The Brussels Airport business and meeting centre is located near the Boulevard Leopold III connecting Place Meiser to Brussels Zaventem Airport. 10 meeting rooms fitting 2 to 80 people and 120 equipped offices are offered in an exceptional and professional environment. The meeting rooms are equipped with every required technology and are easily accessible by car (public parking for visitors and private parking in the building) and by public transport. Several local companies and international companies use our meeting room services due to its proximity to Zaventem International Airport.

Monday to Thursday: 8.30 a.m. - 6.30 p.m.
Friday: 8.30 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.

All meeting rooms and training rooms are air-conditioned and benefit from natural daylight. The room rates include:
- projection screen (excluding Club rooms)
- 2 paper-boards
- 1 telephone line
We give each of the participants a bottle of water (0.5 L per day), a pen, and a scratch-pad.
