You can rent a meeting room or a transit office for a half day or full day for your meetings, training sessions, seminars, business appointments, and job interviews. The meeting rooms at the Aix en Provence business centre are air-conditioned. A large number of domestic and international companies come to us to organise their training sessions.

All of our meeting rooms are designed in a U-shaped layout or in rectangular configuration. For any other room arrangements, please contact us.

All meeting rooms and training rooms are air-conditioned and benefit from natural daylight. The room rates include:
- projection screen (excluding Club rooms)
- 2 paper-boards
- 1 telephone line
We give each of the participants a bottle of water (0.5 L per day), a pen, and a scratch-pad.
